Classic example of so much to do with so little time…

Birmingham City Council’s ‘Our Future City Plan’ set out a bold and exciting vision for the future of the Second City – our task was to bring this plan to life, while instigating debate and discussion to help bring a wide variety of opinion to the table over the course of the eight-week consultation period.

The Brief

We were brought on board with a three week lead time to launch a multi-channel communications campaign centred on a series of webinars, bringing together key voices from across the city and giving them a platform to share their honest opinion on the plan – helping to shape its evolution in the process.

Social Media

The social media element of the campaign utilised the creative skills of our graphic design team, who created a set of brand guidelines to give the campaign a visual identity to reflect the forward-thinking nature of the Our Future City Plan.

Over 8 weeks we delivered 6 webinars, 6 digital shorts, 50 bespoke social media posts and 3 press releases with a total campaign reach of over 5.7 million.
