Adam’s & The Oyster Club

Adam’s & The Oyster Club are two of Birmingham’s premier restaurants, offering food and service of the highest quality and standard in a city continuing to build its reputation as a major culinary destination. Run by Adam & Natasha Stokes, Adam’s was awarded its Michelin star just six months after opening in 2013, while The Oyster Club opened in 2019, bringing a unique seafood experience to the city.

Our work with the two restaurants has focused on creating and implementing a Social Media strategy built around creating a strong connection with the two restaurants’ online followings. While both sites already enjoyed an incredibly positive reputation in Birmingham and beyond, we proposed that a fresh approach to Community Management would increase customer loyalty and engagement in a sustainable and creative way.

Our Approach

By increasing our interactions with followers sharing their positive experiences of dining across the two restaurants, posting more regularly and showcasing the people behind the dishes, we have seen incredible results. This proactive approach has resulted in follower and engagement increases for Adam’s. August 2021 to August 2022 saw a 24.5% increase in followers for Adam’s Instagram page compared to the year previous, while engagement increase by 208%.
